You dated the star quarterback in high school, but now it doesn't mean anything.  The stadium is empty, the crowd is gone, you wear your emotions on your sleeve but you can't leave.  December is almost here, but you reach for a hard cider instead of a coat.

I love my new lace-sleeved top that my lovely friends at Sugarlips sent me.  The lace cut-out has such a unique design to it, and the dark gray color fits in perfectly with my practically monochromatic wardrobe.  I paired it with a new pair of black skinny pants from Asos (they fit like a dream) and my go-to skeleton cuff.  I will never get sick of wearing it.

As promised, here are a couple detail shots from my recent outfit post.  I love the shot Billy got of these boots.  Right now, I am currently doing a month's worth of laundry, which is about 7 loads.  How did I let it get this bad?!  I have too many clothes if I can go an entire month without doing laundry.  I'm just going to wallow in my self-pity and feel sorry for myself that I am spending my entire afternoon waiting for clothes to dry.

I loved my outfit so much yesterday that I had to take some quick iPhone snaps of the details.  I just got these MINKPINK shorts and Chris Habana cuff in the mail yesterday and I'm already obsessed with them.  This is the first pair of high-waisted shorts I've owned that actually fit me.  I was a little worried, because they only come in S, M, L and not number sizes, but I am so impressed by the fit and will probably be wearing them everyday for a while.  I posted about the skeleton cuff a couple days ago, and it is as dreamy as I thought it would be.

Hope everyone has an awesome Saturday!  I'm getting my hair done in a few hours and cannot wait.  It hasn't been cut in such a long time.  PS, that green car in the background is my baby and is finally fixed!  (And it didn't cost me a fortune, which is why I'm getting my hair done!)
